I'm passionate about helping students develop healthy relationships with food and body and supporting their well-being. I love empowering students with the knowledge and tools to make balanced, sustainable choices while also addressing the challenges many face with body image and eating concerns. The opportunity to guide students through these struggles and help them build habits that promote both physical and mental wellness drives my passion for this work.
